They do better in a regular oven, but for quick, single servings, this thing is a game-changer. It's faster than an oven and has a timer, so I don't have to keep a constant eye on it. Chicken breasts turn out amazing, and it does wonders with frozen food too. I've thrown in bacon, eggs, chicken, a bunch of frozen stuff, potatoes, and sweet potatoes. The only snag I hit was realizing the air fryer is a bit too small.
